 Omen
The Omen is a stereotypical example of the Amarrian School of thinking when it comes to ship design: thick armor and hard hitting lasers. Advancements in heat dissipation allow the Omen to fire its lasers faster than other ships without this technology.

Special Ability: 10% bonus to Medium Energy Turret capacitor use per level and 5% bonus to Medium Energy Turret rate of fire per level.

Get rid of teh cap booseter and rcus, add a relay or two+point/web.

That'll work great with the 5 CPU and 7 grid remaining.

without the 2 t2 RCUs you won't even be close to fitting the full rack of HPL and a MWD.
